How do I keep my place while threading heddles?
Open your pattern and choose Thread. Each coloured bead shows which yarn comes next and which shaft that end goes on, so you can look away and find your place again.
How do I move through the threading?
Ends appear in groups. When you've threaded every end in the group, tap the screen to move on. You can also swipe forward or say "next" if Voice Control is on.
If you make a mistake, swipe back or say "back". At the very start, Back waits until you've moved forward once. See why Back waits.
Can I change the group size or direction?
Yes. In Settings, under Threading Focus, you can choose how many ends are in each group. You can also thread right to left or left to right. Right to left is the default.
The LEFT and RIGHT labels always match the sides of your physical loom.
What happens when I reach the end?
If your draft repeats, tap to start the threading again and keep going. Your place is saved if you leave the app.
Tip
Need to see the whole draft while you thread? Tap the eye icon to view the draft, then come back to your place.
