How do I use Voice Control with next and back?
When your hands are busy at the loom, you can advance or step back by voice.
- During a Warp, Thread, or Weave session, open Settings → Session → Voice Control.
- Allow microphone and speech recognition when iOS asks.
- Say "next" to advance or "back" to step back. There is no wake word.
Speech recognition runs on your device only. Nothing you say is recorded or sent. A mic glyph in the session chrome shows when WeavingGem is listening.
Tip
If your device is not picking up your voice, try headphones or earbuds with a built-in microphone. It brings your voice closer to the mic and often helps in a noisy studio.
