How do I use Voice Control with next and back?
Turn on Voice Control in Session settings, then say "next" to move forward or "back" to step back. It works in Warp, Thread, and Weave, so your hands can stay on the loom.
How do I turn on Voice Control?
Open Settings during a Warp, Thread, or Weave session, and turn on Voice Control under Session. The first time, iOS asks to use the microphone and speech recognition. Allow both.
There's no wake word. Say "next" or "back" in a normal voice.
Is anything I say recorded?
No. Speech recognition runs on your device only. Nothing you say is recorded or sent anywhere. A small microphone icon shows when WeavingGem is listening.
Tip
If your device isn't picking up your voice, try headphones or earbuds with a built-in microphone. They bring your voice closer to the mic, which often helps in a noisy studio.
