These details help us fix issues faster:
- Device (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Air, Apple Watch)
- iOS / watchOS version
- WeavingGem app version (Settings → About, or TestFlight build number)
- What you were doing (importing a WIF, threading, weaving, Watch sync, etc.)
- Pattern name or WIF filename (no need to attach the file unless we ask)

Purchases & refunds
WeavingGem Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles all billing, receipts, and refunds. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or your App Store purchase history. If something looks wrong with your unlock status, email us with your receipt and we’ll help.
